Through this note, I wanted to inform you of the new directives taken within our society, to better manage our activity despite the measures related to the fight against the epidemic which strikes us today.
First, all the actions implemented since mid-March concerning telework are maintained for an indefinite period. For memory, these measures concern:
– The administrative, financial and logistic service
– Commercial service
– The design office
– The programming service
For the production, since the middle of last week, we have reorganized the activity in order to minimize the consequences of this crisis on our delivery times.
But, our main concern remaining the safety of our employees, we organized the production around a reduced team, on a voluntary basis, and divided into 2 distinct groups working alternately in the morning and in the afternoon in order to limit the number of people present at the same time on the site.
With this operation, we hope to be able to meet, as much as possible, the expectations of our customers while respecting the security rules which are essential.
Despite these measures and the efforts of the entire team, we are aware that this force majeure will inevitably have consequences on our commitments in terms of lead-time. Uncertainty about the evolution of the situation does not allow us to commit ourselves firmly on delivery dates. The only thing you can be sure of is that we are doing as much as we can.
We are at your disposal for any further information, and to do this you always have the possibility to contact us, via our usual contact details (email, mobile)
