The company « Moules et Outillages de Bourgogne » specializing in the study and design of tools for the investment casting is located in the Saôneor area since 2015.

Throughout its development, it has attached itself to a real desire to support young people in their professional career and in their training.

Between 2015 and 2021 the company welcomed 7 young work-study students from various fields of study, in particular industrial design, classic and numerical control milling, but also business development.

Work-study students have the same rights and duties as employees. They are positioned on the same missions, but with a less important workload and especially support by a tutor who follows them throughout their training.

We make sure that the whole mission will allow the work-study student to validate his diploma and to succeed in his rise in competence in the company. Indeed, we really want the student to be fully integrated and acquire all the skills that will allow him to join the company as an employee at the end of his training period. The main goal is to train new employees in order to perpetuate the know-how and the company.

Nidel Maltouf, currently sales assistant, joined the company in 2018 for a year of work-study in business development :
